Archie

Good old Rorschach and Nite Owl, my favorite dynamic duo.

This particular comic was inspired by an exchange from the movie---

DAN: (referring to owlship) Archie's had worse.
LAURIE: (dumb look) Archie?
DAN: Oh. Short for Archimedes.
LAURIE: (dumb look)
DAN: Merlin's pet owl.
LAURIE: (dumb look, vague nod)

And I though, MAN, it sucks to be Dan! That girl just does not GET him. And I wondered if there was someone else who got his jokes and appreciated his cleverness (while pretending not to care). Then, voila! It occurred to me!

Maybe I just love drawing these two. XD
